Kevin Savage, Chair of the Board of Directors for the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies of BC, is pleased to announce that Caroline Andrewes will be the new President and CEO for ACEC-British Columbia.
“We are very pleased to have a person with Caroline’s background and abilities take on the leadership of our organization”, said Mr. Savage.
“Caroline is a professional engineer with 20-years of experience in multi-national, high-tech companies. Most recently, Caroline served as the President for Engineers and Geoscientists BC, and is up to speed on many of the issues our Association is facing,” noted Mr. Savage.
In addition to being a Professional Engineer, Ms. Andrewes is also a Chartered Professional Accountant. Ms. Andrewes is an effective communicator who builds strong relationships with stakeholders, peers, and leaders. Her experience leading teams, formulating strategic plans and developing business processes are valuable skills that Ms. Andrewes brings to the Association.
Ms. Andrewes will be assuming the role of President effective January 7, 2018. Keith Sashaw, former President of ACEC-BC who is retiring at the end of 2018, will assist in the transition period.
